A Bit of This and That

Howdy to all! sorry I haven't blogged in a few days, but I was busy with end of the school year details. I will announce what awards Nicole won, but I will do a seperate post of her showing them off.

A lot has happened in the last week. First, I'm sure I mentioned that I was excited that my MIL was coming up here for Memorial Day weekend. We hadn't seen her since Christmas, due to her battling asthmatic bronchitis, then the whole Swine Flue uproar she didn't want to travel, and gas prices mixed up in there somewhere.

So we were really really excited that she was coming up, especially since Nicole was off school on Memorial Day. Friday I get home from work and Chris called me. He informed me his mother had had just a plain old shit day. ( sorry folks, no other way to describe it), and that she wasn't coming up here after all. Turns out that she had gotten called into her bosses office and told that they were cutting her salary almost in half, and that within two years or so she would no longer be employed. After as many years as she has been with this company she was absolutely devastated. She was too upset to drive ( totally understandable) so she was just going to stay home.

After the initial shock wore off, she did some hard thinking. After discussing it with Chris, and making some calls to Social Security, she has decided to move up here with us. I know some of you are thinking,'oh God she's going to be living with her MIL! poor Marcy...'
I'M NOT THINKING THAT! ( and I'm not just saying that because she READS THIS BLOG),
I truly have a wonderful relationship with my MIL. I'm excited that she is moving here. Probably within the next 2-5 mos , depending on how long it takes her to tie up loose ends where she currently is.

After all, we live in the house where she grew up and raised Chris, so she is more than welcome. Nicole will now have both Grandmas close by, which is fantastic. God forbid a time ever comes where my mother can't live on her own, well, there is room here for her too. Chris and I had talked about this before we ever got married. Since we are both only children, it would be up to us to take care of our parents on our own, and both of my grandmas lived with me and my parents while I was growing up and I loved it.

So after that all got straightened out, I wound up working my last day of the school year on Tuesday. Although I was up there all day Thursday for the awards ceremony and Nicoles end of the year party.

At her awards ceremony, she got A Honor roll for the year, and her teacher gave her the 'Helen Keller Enthusiast' award. She says she can totally see Nicole working with the blind and/or deaf in her future, that she is such a caring young lady.
Nicole also received a Gold Medal for her TAKS tests. ( Texas Assessment of Knowledge and Skills) In order to get a Gold Medal, you have to miss no more than 2 on the entire test in two or more subjects. She won for math and reading. WE ARE SO PROUD OF HER!!!!

Here are some pictures from Thursday:

This was taken outside during the water balloon fight and kickball tournament with Ms D's class.
This is Nicoles teacher Ms Lindsey. She was so ready for the day to be over.

This is during the water balloon fight

This was the auditorium decorated for the awards ceremony

( I had to add this picture even though it has nothing to do with school)
This is the puppy Korie curled up next to Nicoles shoe. I think our other two dogs are teaching her some bad tricks...
Anyway, I hope all of you had a great weekend, and will have a wonderful upcoming week.
Our next several weeks will turn into cleaning out and rearranging a bunch of stuff in preparation for my MIL to once again make this house her home.
I haven't talked about her alot on this blog, and I'm not sure I have any pics of her, but her name is SUE, and she is very smart and funny. She loves her some San Antonio Spurs basketball too. She is also one of my soul sisters in the reading department. We are always trading books.
She has the funniest sense of humor. When she sent me my bday card she signed it 'Love Sue your MIL', hahahahaha. She is even learning bloggy lingo, lol.

Ya'll come back now, ya' hear?!!!!!

Hi Ms. Able!!!!

Nicole is happy when we run into her teachers at the grocery store.  This has happened a few times.  We ran into her Kindergarten teacher and principal eating dinner one evening, and more recently one of the coaches from LifeSchool.

Later that week I ran into that particular coach at school and she said it was funny, shes just shopping and will hear her name called or "hey coach!" and she tries to find the source.  She says sometimes she wants to run away.  I thought it was funny till it happened to me Sunday.

Chris, Nicole and I were at Walmart doing grocery shopping for 2 weeks.  I was walking down the bread aisle, looking for a particular brand of English Muffin when I hear "Hi Ms. Able".
Now here is when I will readily admit that I remember faces, BUT have a hard time remembering names unless that particular kid makes him/her self stand out for some reason.  This could be because they misbehave, or are overly helpful.  Either way, this girl must have been a wall flower because for the life of me I could not remember her name.  Face yes, name no.
She introduced me to her mom too.

For the next 5 aisles or so I kept pondering her face trying to remember who she was when I turn down yet another aisle.  Then I see another girl that I know for a fact is in 3rd grade and I remember whos class she is in.  She was with the first girl I ran into, but I think they were shopping with different people.  However, the 2nd girl acted like she remembered me, just not from where.  Till I ran into her in the hallway yesterday.  I said hi to her and it was like a little lightbulb clicked when she figured out where she knew me from.

Throughout the year when I've subbed the younger kiddos, they've been sweet and drawn me some pictures.  I thought I'd share a few with you.

This one is from a particular noisy second grade class, they all signed their names for me telling me that they were the best ever and they apologized for being too loud.

This drawing was from a little girl in 3rd grade.  How I wish I was that skinny! lol
Yesterday at the end of the day, I bid the 2nd grade class I was watching a good bye, telling them I wouldn't see them again till next year and I got jumped.  By that I mean that at least 4-5 girls came running up and started hugging me.  I can't describe how happy that made me.

Even as a sub you wonder if you are doing the right thing sometimes.  When they do stuff like give me pictures or hug me, or on the rare occasion, thank me, I know I've done something right!

These last two pictures have absolutely nothing to do with school, but I wanted to show them to you:

I tried out a brand new recipe that I found on the internet for Oatmeal Strawberry muffins.  I decided to make them on Monday, and they are soooo good! Don't they look yummy?

This picture was taken lastnight when the huge storm was moving in on us from the west.  I dont' know how cool it looks in this picture but looking up over the house and seeing clouds that looked like feather brush strokes was pretty neat.

Hope everyone is having a good week.

Ya'll come back now ya hear?

I Don't Understand

I don't understand why fellow bloggers get funny 'googles' on their stat page, and when I look up mine to see what people typed to get to my blog all it says is 'google.com'.

I title my posts, but oh well. /shrug.  If you have a possible explanation, please feel free to explain it to me!

Ya'll know I like to read. I've mentioned it many times.  However, lately it has gotten worse.
I borrowed the third book in the Twilight Series from a friend.  Its over 600 pages in length.  Ok, that should keep me busy awhile.

Then what do I do?

Two days after starting said book, Nicole and I go to the library.  I find two books that I had not yet read in a series I really enjoy.  I check them out and start on the smaller of the two.

Great , now I'm reading two books.  Then I get one in the mail I had ordered from Paperbackswap.com.  I also had ordered Dawn Meehans book, Because I Said So.... from Amazon.com and got that in the mail too.

One book has already gone back to the library and I'm over half way done with the second.  I'm also hovering around page 420 or so of Eclipse.

However, I was anxious to look at Dawn's book, so I opened that one up the other night and read the first few pages.  I've decided that will be the next book I read.  The one I ordered from PBS can wait.

Do I need professional help? lol

In My Opinion...

I'm not sure everyone has heard this story, so I thought I'd share it with you.  Its the one going on right now about the mother of actress Brooke Shields being signed out of her nursing home by tabloid reporters.  CLICK HERE to read the story.

I've been a big fan of Brooks Shields for a very long time.  I even read her book about postpartum depression, And Down Came the Rain.  If you have ever suffered from PPD , or know someone who has, its a wonderful book to read.

Anyway, after all this has settled down, I hope Brooke sues those reporters to every limit she can.  Just to get an 'inside scoop' they result to harrassing Terri Shields, who was put in a nursing home for her own safely.  I hope they go to jail.

2009 Race for Education

Good Monday Morning to all!

I had mentioned this briefly in my last two posts or so, but Friday was the real deal.  Nicoles school had their biggest fundraiser of the year.  This was only the second year we had this type of fundraiser and so far we have surpassed the monies raised last year!  All the money goes toward the school, for library books, computers, textbooks and whatever else is needed.  It then turns into a fun day for the kids.

My mom got out here about 930 am ( because Nicole wanted Grandma out here.  She wished Nanny could be here too, but maybe this weekend...) and off to the school we went.  Nicole was excited to introduce her Grandma to her teacher.  The fourth grade was going to do their 'race' at 1030.  The entire grade goes out to the designated track and walks or runs as many laps as they can in 30 minutes. Parents are out there walking too, as well as some teachers.

(here they are ready to take off around the track)

After that burst of energy, they are given water and popsicles to cool themselves down, then its off to the really fun stuff.  Like dunk a coach, and hit one of the 4th grade teachers in the face with a wet sponge.  They could also get popcorn, snowcones, and more water.
There was also a booth where they could get a Mustang tattoo on their arm or face. ( thats the school mascot).  The school mascot was in on the fun day too, running around to the different booths and keeping the spirit up.

( this is one of the coaches after a solid hit to dunk him)

( Nicole after we signed her out for the day and took her to Wendy's for lunch. Shes showing off her very first tattoo, lol) and hopefully her last

Moving on to the bigger portion of the parking lot, they also had a karaoke machine for the teachers, at least two huge blow up obstacle courses, and a rock climbing wall.  There was also a petting zoo for all ages.  The PTO did a wonderful job with this particular fundraiser and even thought of the little kids, and had fun and games scaled to their level in yet another area.    All in all it was a wonderful day for all involved.

(You can see the rock climbing wall next to the middle school building)
( here is Nicole trying to scale the rock wall - she only got about half way up)
The rest of our weekend went off quite calmly if a bit boring, but everyone is in good health, and off to school and/or work today.  Hoping everyone had a great weekend.

I do ask that you continue to keep my friend Kristen and her family in prayers since her baby nephew needs yet another heart operation, and he is only like 2 months old or so.
My friend Nan and her family as her father has had a very rough time lately and Thursday went through surgery on his colon for a tumor, of which they have not yet gotten the results.

On the brighter side, only two more weeks left of school; the puppy is still cute as ever and being a very good little girl; and Nicoles BFF Carson turned 10 yesterday!

Hope ya'll have a great start to what promises to be an even greater week!

They DO EXIST!!!

I don't usually post twice in one day, however this is what I would have posted tomorrow morning.
I won't have alot of time in the morning however, since my mom will be here early and then its off to the school to do the Race For Education.  We had so much fun last year , and the PTO has worked hard to make it even better this year!
Will definitely get pics to share with everyone!

Ok, here is the Funny, sent to my by my MIL Sue

Sheriff in a small town in Texas walks out in the street and sees a
blondhaired cowboy coming toward him with nothing on but his cowboy hat,
his gun and his boots.
He arrests him for indecent exposure.
As he is locking him up, he asks 'Why in the world are you walking aroundlike
this?'?
The cowboy says, 'Well it's like this Sheriff ...  I was in
this bar down the road and this pretty little red head asks me to go out
to her motor home with her. So I did.
We go inside and she pulls off her top and asks me to pull off my shirt...So I did.
Then she pulls off her skirt and asks me to pull off my pants.... So I did.
Then she pulls off her panties and asks me to pull off my shorts....so
I did.
Then she gets on the bed and looks at me kind of sexy and says,
'Now go to town cowboy... ' 'And here I am.'
Son of a Gun.
 Blonde Men do exist !

HAHAHAHA , sorry , I loved that joke when I read it.  Blond women get picked on all the time, but there are a few idjit blond MEN out there too !

A Scare

Whew! Tuesday night was nuts! Caused me to get a few more gray hairs and not alot of sleep.

It started Monday afternoon.  Nicole complained of her tummy hurting.  This is not a new complaint, as she has acid reflux.  Normally a shot of Mylanta does the trick, along with a bland diet for a day or two.

She said it didn't feel like that this time.  She wasn't running a fever, so we just told her to take it easy.  She still played with her puppy , read her books and cheered or booed for Dancing With the Stars.  Nothing out of the ordinary.

Tuesday I sent her to school.  She said her tummy hurt still, and it was right around her belly button.  I didn't get a call from the school that day so I assumed all was well.  She got home, and didn't look like she felt good.  Said she felt like throwing up.  She was also now running almost a 100 degree temp.  One word started flashing in my mind, especially when she told me that the pain had now gone from her belly button area to the lower right side of her abdomen.  Appendicitis...

So, Chris and I tried not to panick, so I called a 24 hr nurse hotline through her insurance.  I described the symptoms, even poked and prodded Nicole where the nurse said to.  She told me that with everything I told her that we should take her to the ER because the pain on the lower right side was worriesome.

I stayed home, unfortunately , to watch the puppy.  Nicole didn't want to leave her alone at night.  I didn't want to NOT be with my child in the ER - even though her very capable father was with her.

8 freaking hours later, after an abdominal CT scan, blood work and a urinalysis they diagnosed NOTHING!!!! not a flippin' thing.

Chris and Nicole got home a 5 am Wednesday morning.  Chris had to go to jury duty and Nicole just passed out.  When she woke she said she felt better and proceeded to eat very well.

So we have no dianosis, and she says she feels better this morning, but boy was she cranky.  Not like she woke up on the wrong side of the bed, more like she fell off it  /sigh.  Could it be cramps? she hasn't started yet, but she is around the right age.  The pain plus the moodiness? ugh
HELP!!!!

On the bright side, the puppy is doing well.  Cries everytime she has to go potty, so no accidents so far.  She is getting used to our house and is starting to try to explore on her own.  Cher is keeping her in her place, lol and Cooper is totally ignoring her.  Oh well.

Here is a half decent picture of my latest Lapghan.  It is alot more red than you can tell in the picture.  I will try to get a better pic of it later on.

Hope everyone is doing well!

Rewind and Catch Up

Morning to all in bloggy land!  I'm sorry I haven't been around in a few days, but since I wasn't feeling well last week and all, it's been kind of crazy.

On the sick side, I'm feeling much better.  Still have a few days of meds left but am totally on the mend.

Earlier last week, my aunt had e-mailed me and told me she had a birthday package in the mail for me.  Yippee! I love presents.  I got the present on Friday while I was home alone.   It was marked fragile and I had no clue what it could be.  Then I opened it.  Now just fyi, my aunt makes beautiful scrap books.  She spends hours working on them, getting each page just right.  Well, when I saw the wrapped package in the box, in the shape of a book, I wondered if she had made me a scrapbook.
Then I thought maybe she did one of my father, since she had pictures that I might never have seen before.  I unwrapped it and started crying.

Now I know that is sooooo not what my Aunt Betty had intended, but it happened none the less.
My BFF Nikki wasn't around, my great friend Christina was not around, and Nicole was at school and Chris at work.  I didn't want to call Nikki because she was at work.  I couldn't call Chris for the same reason.  I called Christina.  Blubbering like a big idjit.  She finally calmed me down enough to get out of me what was wrong.  She told me she would stay on the phone with me while I opened it.

So I looked at it closely.  Isn't it beautiful?  Didn't she do a wonderful job?
I calmed down alot, and looked at the pictures.  Later on, alone, I went back to the album and read all the little additions she had written in it.  Stuff about the vacations they took and such.   Immediately I could tell how much love and time she had put into making it, and I realized it was something I would treasure forever.   When Nicole got home from school, she and I also sat down and looked at it, and talked, and laughed and remembered.

Then Saturday we didn't do much but clean house.  Trying to get everything off the floor in preperation for the new puppy.  Thats right - we decided to get the puppy.

This was just after we got her:

This was lastnight - se how spoiled she already is?

I'm very proud of Nicole in the way she is already trying to train the puppy.  She is already trying to teach her to come when she calls, get used to a leash, and of course teach her NOT to bite.  My sock already has a small hole in from the mini razors in her mouth.  She has not had ANY accidents in the house so far! In the two whole days we've had her, I thought we would have had at least a few.  We are trying to crate train her and she yelps like crazy, and we take her out and she goes!   We are giving her some puppy formula mixed with puppy chow , as she wasnt' completely weaned when we got her, but she is 5 weeks old and the vet said we could wean her just fine with the powdered puppy milk.  Its a plus that she likes it:))

I had a nice, quiet Mother's Day.  I didn't do anything special, but I did get a very pretty homemade card from Nicole, and she helped me make breakfast too! She makes awesome scrambled eggs.   Then Chris did all the dishes, scrubbed down the counters and the stove.  I've never been more attracted to him! lmao, haha j/k!

I worked yesterday, subbing for a fourth grade class.  It went great!  It was even better that I got my brace liners and was able to wear capris and my new sandals! I will show them to you tomorrow via pictures.

Today is my birthday and I'm not working.  I will do the breakfast dishes, then pick a few movies to watch and sit and read the Sunday paper since I wasn't able to on Sunday!  I also am not going to cook tonight, as Chris said he would buy me my birthday pizza from Romas - my favorite Italian restaurant!

Hope everyone had a great Mothers Day, and has a great rest of the week!

Toodles:)))

More Courage Than I'd be able to Muster

Good morning to all!  I've spent the last hour catching up on all the videos, posts, and pictures ya'll have added this week.  I enjoyed them all.

My mom came to take me into the doctor yesterday for the female issue I was having.  I got a big , sore shot in the hiney, and 10 days worth of medicine.  I hope it works - it still hurts to sit or walk.

Found the following in my e-mail archives.  Enjoy - and it IS all about courage:

What's the meaning of courage?

Is it to fight a bull in a bullring?

Is it to drive a formula 1 car?

Is it to fly a fighter into combat?

Is it to practice free fall parachuting?

Is it bungee jumping, white water rafting?

Is it to gamble your salary on a coin toss?

Is it to insult the doorman in a bar?

Is it to insult your boss?

Is it to go on a defective ferris wheel?

Baloney!   ...   that's nothing!

 THIS  IS  COURAGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Maybe Later....

I will catch up with ya'll blogs hopefully Thursday.  Worked all day yesterday, today and tomorrow. Am working me little fingers to the bone trying to finish the current lapghan I'm working on .  I should start piecing it together by the weekend.

What I found slightly amusing is that when I e-mailed the lady who bought this lapghan (through a recent charity auction I participated in )  for her address to which she wanted it sent - I found out she lives in Fort Worth! I'm in Dallas.  The only thing seperating us is Arlington! If I can work some transportation issues out we can meet in person and I can see her reaction, and save money by not having to mail it! /fingers crossed! ( I will post pics of the finished lapghan soon! it is in hues of red - gorgeous!)

I'm not feeling all that great at the moment.  Actually I feel fine, but am having some female problems that I've never experienced before and am in a slight amount of pain.  Other than that all systems are working just great! So Thursday morning when I'm off work my mom is going to come take me to the doc to see exactly whats up down there....
I won't go into gross details - lets just say it hurts to sit, or walk  - and after being on my feet all day  - well it hurts worse.  Wish me luck that he can tell me what the heck is going on:)

Later!

Giggles and Some Interesting Facts

How we raise kids in Texas

Miss Sally Edwards is a highly esteemed third grade teacher at

Jacksboro  Elementary( Texas ). In an effort to prepare her students for the

all-important TAKS  test, she compiled an exam consisting of 20

questions, which she administered  to her class last Tuesday.

The exam purposely covered a broad array of topics.

I call your attention to question # 11, which simply read:

 11.  LIST, IN ANY ORDER, THE FOUR SEASONS:

 1. ________ 2. ________3.________ 4. ________

Now, could you possibly imagine  that 67% of the students gave the

following answer?

1. DOVE SEASON 2. DEER SEASON 3. DUCK SEASON 4. TURKEY SEASON

GOD BLESS TEXAS !!!

( I thank my MIL Sue for sending me this one - LOVE IT!!)

And now for the interesting facts... ( sent to me by my Auntie Betty):

A LITTLE HISTORY LESSON

In George Washington's days, there were no cameras. One's image was either sculpted or painted. Some paintings of George Washington showed him standing behind a desk with one arm behind his back while others showed both legs and both arms. Prices charged by painters were not based on how many people were to be painted, but by how many limbs we re to be painted. Arms and legs are "limbs," therefore painting them would cost the buyer more. Hence the expression, "Okay, but it'll cost you an arm and a leg."

As incredible as it sounds, men and women took baths only twice a year (May and October)! Women kept their hair covered, while men shaved their heads (because of lice and bugs) and wore wigs. Wealthy men could afford good wigs made from wool. They couldn't wash the wigs, so to clean them they would carve out a loaf of bread, put the wig in the shell, and bake it for 30 minutes. The heat would make the wig big and fluffy, hence the term "big wig." Today we often use the term "here comes the Big Wig" because someone appears to be or is powerful and wealthy.
In the late 1700's, many houses consisted of a large room with only one chair. Commonly, a long wide board folded down from the wall, and was used for dining. The "head of the household" always sat in the chair while everyone else ate sitting on the floor Occasionally a guest, who was usually a man, would be invited to sit in this chair during a meal. To sit in the chair meant you were important and in charge. They called the one sitting in the chair the "chair man." Today in business, we use the expression or title "Chairman" or "Chairman of the Board."
Personal hygiene left much room for improvement. As a result, many women and men had developed acne scars by adulthood. The women would spread bee's wax over their facial skin to smooth out their complexions. When they were speaking to each other, if a woman began to stare at another woman's face she was told, "mind your own bee's wax." Should the woman smile, the wax would crack, hence the term "crack a smile" In addition, when they sat too close to the fire, the wax would melt. Therefore, the expression "losing face."
Ladies wore corsets, which would lace up in the front. A proper and dignified woman, as in "straight laced" .. . . Wore a tightly tied lace.

Common entertainment included playing cards. However, there was a tax levied when purchasing playing cards but only applicable to the "Ace of Spades." To avoid paying the tax, people would purchase 51 cards instead.
Yet, since most games require 52 cards, these people were thought to be stupid or dumb because they weren't "playing with a full deck."

Early politicians required feedback from the public to determine what the people considered important. Since there were no telephones, TV's or radios, the politicians sent their assistants to local taverns, pubs, and bars. They were told to "go sip some ale" and listen to people's conversations and political concerns. Many assistants were dispatched at different times. "You go sip here" and "You go sip there." The two words "go sip" were eventually combined when referring to the local opinion and, thus we have the term "gossip."

At local taverns, pubs, and bars, people drank from pint and quart-sized containers. A bar maid's job was to keep an eye on the customers and keep the drinks coming. She had to pay close attention and remember who was drinking in "pints" and who was drinking in "quarts," hence the term "minding your "P's and Q's."

Now for my day today?

Well, I subbed for 6th grade.  I've had them before with so-so results.  Today wasn't much better.  I get four classes throuhgout the day and two of them were ok for the most part and the other two? well lets just say by the time I got my homeroom class back my patience was pretty much null and void.

I have the same classes tomorrow as well as Wednesday afternoon.  UGH! I just hope I come out of this  assignment with all my hair still intact and a voice that one is still able to hear!

In much better news, my BIRTHDAY is one week from tomorrow! My mom is coming out here to take me to lunch so I'm excited.

I hope the beginning day of the week went well for ya'll!

Friendship

Please, I don't usually cuss in my blog posts  - but this cartoon was just too freakin' funny to pass up not sharing it! My BFF Nikki sent it to me.  So please forgive the EFF bomb just this once - and laugh your butt off!

Photo Catch -Up

Good early Saturday morning to ya'll ! Can't believe I'm up at the ungodly hour of 7 am on a SATURDAY!!!

I couldn't get the pics off of my phone last weekend because I was obviously having a blond moment! It said there was no bluetooth device found.  I asked the hubby to reconnect them  - and duh lo and behold what do you think he found? I just had to put the bluetooth key in my puter... UGH!! so here are a few photos that I wanted to post last week and a few I took yesterday!
( ugh, blogger loaded them backwards but here they are :)

This one is of the puppy that Nicole has her heart set on getting.  It is from the recent litter of pups that our next door neighbors dog recently had.  I posted this on FB lastnight on whether to actually get the puppy and got 2 yes's and like 6 adamant NO's !!! Her father and I are still in discussion...

Here is Nicole cuddling the little fluffball with the sour puppy milk breath...

Yesterday we had our Cinco de Mayo celebration at school.  The 6th graders worked really hard on decorations, songs and dances.  It was alot of fun...
Some sign art from the kiddos with a bit of help from the art teacher... you can't tell but it was done with glitter paint and such...
This was last weekend when I gave both dogs a bath in the kitchen sink - This is Cher - who refused to even look at the camera she was so ashamed to be wet...
This is Cooper - who's chunky bottom I wasn't sure would fit in the kitchen sink.  She just continued to look miserable the whole time this was going on.  She especially hated the spray hose which I used to rinse her with... Thats Nicoles hand holding her there since she was trying to climb onto the counter....

Well , heres to hoping ya'll will have a great weekend! Gotta go do breakfast dishes and get ready to go grocery shopping.  We had planned on mowing our yard today also but we are supposed to get between 3-5" of rain throughout the day and are under a flash flood watch till tomorrow evening!
